  • Manage the programs, contracts, and PMO resources at the rep office.
  • Provide accurate, high-quality, and low-cost projects delivery strategies.
  • Take full responsibility for the rep office projects delivery operation objectives, including the network revenue, engineering cost rate, ITO, overdue unbilled AR, and projects delivery organization efficiency and benefit KPI.
  • Improve the projects delivery management organization of the account department and develop the projects delivery managers' capabilities.
