This includes coordinating with third-party vendors for the maintenance and implementation of production systems as well as overseeing daily user support.

    In collaboration with Yon-Ka’s CIO, I lead and coordinate various projects aimed at enhancing internal solutions, security frameworks, network optimization, and system upgrades. A significant part of my role involves the implementation of SIEM solutions, managing cybersecurity risks, and overseeing physical security measures to ensure comprehensive protection of our IT assets.

    I work closely with our third-party vendors to ensure that their services and deliverables align with Yon-Ka’s strategic objectives. This includes managing the coordination and oversight of these partners to ensure high-quality service and adherence to SLAs, but without focusing on any specific technical area.

    Given Yon-Ka’s global presence, I manage the IT infrastructure not only at the HQ but across all subsidiaries worldwide. One of the primary challenges I face is dealing with time zone differences, alongside managing varied third-party vendors dispersed globally. I leverage global endpoint management and monitoring tools to ensure seamless and efficient IT operations across all locations.
    With a deep understanding of technological infrastructures and business-critical systems, I deliver innovative solutions that bolster the company’s operational efficiency, security, and resilience.
