I work in call centers industry since 1996 and in IT Engineering Management since 15 years, i was previously Client Operation Manager. On the strength of these experiences, i acquired larges knowledges in CRM, Information & Call Center technologies.
Sharing my time between home office and Sitel sites to manage onsites/homeworkers engineers located in Uk, France, Philippines, India, Spain, Germany, i'am able to build strong team spirit in multicultural environnement.
