> Training users in QC before start tests (Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Mongolia, Korea, Taiwan, Australia & New-Zealand)
° Project Management & Cut-Over
> Maintain and promote Louis Vuitton SAP Solution in the project team
> Lead and coordinate Business activities and tasks (business operation, data migration, key first operations) pre and post SAP Go-Live
> Maintain, follow-up and update activities and tasks for SAP team
> Check the authorizations access in SAP for each users before the Go-Live
> Organizes appropriate scheduling meetings to ensure the project schedule is maintained
° SAP
> Learning Louis Vuitton Distribution & Supply Chain process including impacts with specific applications (RMS, Nova, Infolog...)
> Sensibilisation of Finance process
° Communication
> Communicate to the Business team the SAP launch by sending a Newsletter one time by month during 3 months before the Go-Live (remind key dates activities for finance and distribution steps, organization support)
° Events
> Organization and participating in various Louis Vuitton internal events to ensure team cohesion (team building…)
