Michael BRESSAN

PERPIGNAN

En résumé

I am an electrical engineer, electronics and industrial computing applied in renewable energy. I earned my PhD at the University of Perpignan (France) in June 2014. My research consisted of developing a tool for monitoring and fault detection by a photovoltaic system. I developed various algorithms modeling and fault detection particularly around the issue of shaded and visible soiling in a photovoltaic system. I also have experience in the photovoltaic and the embedded systems through my past research in a company called PulsarInnovation. After June 2014, I worked in the laboratory LAAS-CNRS in Toulouse (France), on modeling of solar lighting to reliably estimate photovoltaic production. In addition, I developed algorithms for energy management of energy flows between the photovoltaic source, batteries and accomplished with the aim of increasing the battery life.
