I have sufficient skills to help the company in increasing brand awareness and in improving its benefits. Indeed, I have an IT Engineering Degree in Management Consulting and I have been working in the IT Department of different companies for more than two years. Thus, I possess project management proficiency and I am able to review and analyze IT products. I will therefore be able to make presentations, monitor demonstrations and explain the functioning of the products to clients to make sure they understand how to use them properly.

Eventually, French is my mother tongue, I am fluent in English and I have a professional proficiency in Portuguese. It gives me the aptitude to communicate with foreign partners through reports and presentations and to negotiate the terms and prices of new products and services.

  • Symphony EYC - Senior Consultant Merchandising & Category Management

    2015 - maintenant I'm in charge of teaching our clients how to use Symphony EYC's software named Space Planning. Thanks to this program the clients can optimize the products' position on the shelf and they have a better overview of their stocks. My main responsibilities are to manage the training meeting for the end-users and thanks to my abilities and to my mastery of the device I'm able to help Pre-Sales Consultants to increase their sales.
  • Michelin Travel Partner - Quality control engineer / PMO

    FERRAND 2014 - 2015 Working on short deadlines and dealing with confidential data in the publication process of the Michelin Guide. I am involved in the last step of the Guides publication process and my duties consist of:
    - Checking the data quality, the travel guides’ translation and correcting bugs.
    - Collaborating with the Guide’s inspectors, the redaction team and the developers.
    - Monitoring of the different travel guides planning.
  • Humanis - PMO / Project Coordinator

    2013 - 2013 In the context of a merger of three entities, I supervised the consolidation of the different business applications. I also oversaw the proper recovery of the system data. My role included the following tasks:
    - Monitor the project timescales.
    - Write the application specifications.
    - Record and monitor all applications recovery.
  • AG2R LA MONDIALE - PMO / Project Coordinator

    2012 - 2013 The New Social Declaration (in France) introduced by the Government in 2012 was mandatory for all companies. To accommodate the changes ruled out, I created a new IT system to receive this declaration. For this purpose I:
    - Wrote the expression of requirements and the functional specifications.
    - Analyzed the operation cost.
    - Collaborated with the Insurance colleagues.
  • Carrefour - PMO / Acceptance test user / Project coordinator

    Massy 2012 - 2012 In order to reduce costs, Carrefour began a new partnership with a Brazilian company specialized in website development. My job was to ensure the proper functioning of the new website and for that I had to:
    - Create test scenarios and write the functional specifications.
    - Report the bugs and check with the corrections done.
    - Translate from Portuguese to French or English.
    - Organize and participate in weekly meetings (in English) with the Brazilian team to oversee the progress.
  • Thales Communications - PMO / Acceptance test user / Project coordinator

    Colombes 2011 - 2011 After the purchase of an Oracle Core Model ERP, Thales needed to test the functionalities of the new IT system. My role was to check the ERP Accounting part, which meant:
    - Create test scenarios.
    - Communicate bugs to the developers based in India.
    - Verify if the new patches do not cause regression.
    - Improve functional specifications.
    - Perform the last tests before the Go live.

    Whilst on this role, a merger three Thales entities took place. As a consequence, the data had to be transferred and captured in one only ERP system. After joining the Project Manager team, my responsibilities were to:
    - Draft the project plans for the data recovery and consolidation.
    - Communicate with the different stakeholders.
    - Escalate to management when there were issues with the workload.
    - Report on all project activities and progression to Senior Management.
