Summary :

Essential Duties and responsabilities
- Accountable for implementation of designated products throughout designated region
- Responsible for application support from pre-sales to routine use of assigned technologies at customer site
- Provide implementation support for evaluations, validations, clinical & marketing studies with the aim of demonstrating competitive advantages or market acceptance of the product
- Execute effective transfer of knowledge to customers during trainings at the customer site and at centrally organized trainings user's group
- Provide on-call and on-site problem solving support
- Maintain high level of product knowledge/ be an expert in the technology and successfully demonstrate systems to customers
- Input in development & implementing of new customer training and implementation tools & processes
- Perform ongoing market assessment and customer specific technical needs, problems, and opportunities to increase sales
- Ensure frequent communication and input to sales consultants and account managers to assure follow-up of identified sales leads
- Identify the need for, and provides input to, improvements in protocols developed to support the use of CaridianBCT devices and applications
- Provides input/feedback to marketing and product management to recommend changes in product design, manufacturing, quality and any other aspect of the product or service

My position is part of the European Imaging Specialist team. I’m responsible to support the EMEA Sales Organization and to achieve defined sales targets for PerkinElmer’s FMT (Fluorescence Molecular Tomography) systems and related products by providing commercial, technical & applications expertise where required during the sales process and providing content in developing appropriate marcom collaterals.
Roles & Responsibilities :
My role, as Product Specialist FMT systems is :
- Manage assigned geographic territory with regard to sales activities, including:
Drive sales process from qualified lead provided by the Imaging Account Managers to closure of deal
High level technical/scientific presentations
Support imaging workshops and related events to generate product interest
Perform pre-demonstration, sales lead qualification, quotation generation and closing orders
Coordinating new installations, customer training
Training of Imaging Account Managers at a regular basis
Work with the Sales teams and Country Leaders to ensure regional sales targets for FMT and FMT related products are achieved.
Provide guidance and expertise to the Direct Sales team in application matters throughout the whole selling process to drive growth while meeting customer expectations.
Proactively seek out new sales opportunities. The approach for achieving this will be decided through discussions with Line Leader & relevant Country Leaders and Account Manager.
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
Educate customers and Imaging Account Managers about features and benefits/USP's of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints. Generate a strong customer reference list

In charge of the Fluxion Biosciences (Microfluidic and Automated Patch Clamp), ICX Nomadics (Surface plasmon resonance) and IntelliCyt (High throughput flow cytometry) systems in France, I manage all the aspects of these high tech systems, from launching to technical support.
I promote technically these systems on the French Market (Seminar, Congres, etc...) and I'm in charge of the demonstrations, trainings, supports.
I also manage support, training and follow up the french sale team regarding applications and scientific questions.

En charge de 3 gammes de produit haute technicité depuis octobre 2008, au sein de la société Labtech France, j'ai préparer l'ensemble des outils commerciaux et marketing pour le lancement de ces systèmes en France.
Type d'appareillage:
- système microfluidique d'imagerie en flux,
- système de patch clamp automatisé,
- système de résonance plasmonique de surface.
Je m'occupe principalement de l'organisation de séminaires et des démonstrations des appareils, des démonstrations à proprement parler et ensuite de l'ensemble du support technique (installation, dépannage éventuel, suivi applicatif) pour l'ensemble de la France.

DESCRIPTION:
Au sein d'une équipe de recherche dirigée par le Docteur Ruggiero, j'ai pris en charge, avec succès, le clonage, la production et la purification de protéines et de domaines recombinants.
Suite à ces travaux, en collaboration étroite avec des équipes étrangères et la société Novotec, nous avons pu développer différents outils, comme des anticorps, dans un but de diagnostic, notamment dans le cas de cancer du sein.
J'ai également pu mettre en évidence que l'un des domaines recombinants produits avaient une action sur la croissance des vaisseaux sanguins, lui donnant potentiellement une action anti-cancéreuse.
Techniques maitrisées: Clonage, production en système procaryote et eucaryote, purification de protéines, culture cellulaire, notamment de cellules primaires, réalisation d'une étude transciptomique, etc...
