• Product and Process definition: To follow the technical integration of molding, welding, gluing, painting process and assembling means during the launch of new products, in case of a modification in production or for an industrial transfer.
• Implantation: Control of the installation and the optimization of the equipment. Planning of the production orders. Realization of the lay out. Coordination of the interventions of the external services. Training and management of human resources.
• Qualification and optimization: to supply the technical support to the plant to improve production rate, first quality production, as well as reduce waste.
Transverse duties: Responsible for the “Kaizen” plan
• Cost savings: To consolidate the Continuous Process Improvement program and specially managing the product/process optimization (sourcing, work station and lay out improvements). Implantation of a competitiveness’s committee to ensure the achievement of the objectives (3% of cost reduction compared to CA).
