  2008 - maintenant Fully Integrated Musiwave, a Paris startup into Microsoft, now a critical part of Xbox engineering.
  
  Reduced employee turnover dramatically (from 35% to 3%), improved the P/L, drove strategy reset (from white label to core Microsoft platform), raised QOS to 99.99 from 98.5, personally met with key partners (Orange, SFR, Telefonica, Vodafone, T-Mobile, ATT, etc) and labels (EMI, Universal, Sony, Warner), integrated Paris team with corporate efforts and led core release of new Xbox and Zune platforms. Also ran Zune business and was responsible for P/L.
