As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer I am a part of a global Talent Acquisition team in the EMEA region. I support recruiters on bringing the best talents on board with the primary focus on sales professionals in French speaking countries.
My responsibility includes definition of the most efficient sourcing channels in order to reach out the prospect candidates, supplementation of candidates’ pipeline, development of network of active and passive candidates and regular communication with them.
I contribute as well to the employer branding in creating an attractive image of Western Union as an employer of choice and initiating more personal communication with the candidates.

As recruiter I was taking interviews and selecting employees according to the requirements of Dutch recruitment agencies. One of the main activities was to deal with issues related to employment of Lithuanian staff in The Netherlands. My functions also included the following responsibilities: preparation of needed documentation and information guides, translation from English and Dutch into Lithuanian.
In addition to that, I have developed a new business activity in arranging tax refund from the Netherlands.

Active for six years, today UAB Qbis is one of the biggest international recruitment agencies in Lithuania providing employment services in The Netherlands and Germany for Lithuanians and Latvians.
As a head of international recruitment I was responsible for receiving, planning and fulfilling requests of Dutch recruitment agencies according to strict deadlines and requirements. My main duties included communication with clients, leading the team and recruitment of potential candidates. Besides these core activities I was coordinating and administrating various recruitment processes.

Founded in 1995, international recruitment agency Hobij specialises in finding the best international employees for Food, Logistics and Technical companies in The Netherlands.
As a coordinator I was responsible for smooth process of employment of staff from Lithuania, Poland and Germany. I was intermediate between Dutch companies and their foreign employees as well as their main contact person.
Besides that, I took care of recruiting administration such as preparation of contracts, payments and translation.
