• Sonatrach - Junior Mechanical Technician

  2000 - maintenant  Ensure the preventive and curative maintenance of compression station using 04 turbines PGT10 each one leading 2 compressors 2BCL408 and BCL307 and also 2 other turbines frame 5 (5002c) leading 2 compressors THERMODYN type RB-7B et RC8 – 7B.
  
   Receive work schedule from supervisor and coordinates all activities with operators to trouble shoot and to solve the problem on equipment.
  
   To perform shutdown maintenance repair and overhaul on all rotating and static equipment.
  
  
   Suggests new means of improving the performance and lifetime of the rotary and mechanical equipment.
  
   Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.
  
   Daily routine inspection with plant inspection and monitoring the temperature, vibration of whole rotary equipment.
  
   Minimizes the down time of all equipment and complete the work within the time frame with planned maintenance and continuous improvement processes.
  
   Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand & power tools and working equipment.
  
   To perform and participate in the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting mechanical maintenance activities of the plant equipments, Gas Turbines PGT 10 and frame 5(5002) (HGPI, CI, MI)

   To organise and follow the production of the mechanical workshop and also all the auxiliaries such as:

  • Oil and gas fan coolers
  • Centrifugal pumps of fire fighting system
  • Valves (basic, gate, ball,…)
  • Able to perform and supervise directly the installation and all the mechanical equipment
