• Clients:
Canon, Dulux, Escape Party, ForBoss, Omachi, Orion, Pizza Hut, Renault, Sư Tử Trắng, Sunsilk.
• Missions:
CREATION:
- Head of design.
- QC of creations.
- Provide idea, drive concept.
- Creating and designing interactive experiences across multiple platforms, such as interactive campaigns, creative banners, facebook & mobile applications.
LEAD:
- Grow & inspire the Creative team.
- Critique Creative team work in order to maintain consistent creative quality.
- Maintain a vibrant creative culture with passion and enthusiasm.
- Motivate Creative team to come up with innovative concepts and ideas.
- Training sessions about creative thinking.
- Generate clear solutions to turn challenges around.
WORKFLOW & PROCESS:
- Optimize creation workflow.
- Improve Creative team to communicate with other teams (Client Service, PR, Social media, Digital).
- Clarify project status workflow.
- Ensure smooth internal workflow by utilizing effective delegation, the assignment/reassignment of appropriate resources to jobs.
ORGANIZATION:
- Manage multiple projects.
- Task assign with Producer team.
- Supervise traffic & planning with Producer team.
- Time estimation and resource planning.
- Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs.
BUSINESS:
- Create tools for a best presentation for our clients.
- Client presentation with Account Service team.
- Take care Mekong Communications as a brand on every channel.
