* Responsibility:
* Interface with the EPCC contractor with regards to all planning and progress activities ;
* Reviewing, commenting and approving the EPCC contractors schedules and planning/progress/change orders/etc. procedures ;
* Reviewing, commenting and approving the EPCC contractors weekly and monthly reports with regards to planning and progress activitie
* The Preparation of the Surface Direction Master Schedule ;
* Analysis of critical path. Set-up of progress measurement system and schedule follow-up in coordination with Project Control Manager and planners
* Manage all ongoing updates and schedule impacts (interface Milestones), progress tracking and revision of existing schedules for all EPC activities
* Establish and maintain a consistent operating routine to ensure project progress reports are generated and issued on time. Pulling reports/P6 extracts if requested. Setting required layouts/coding structures in P6 for packages planners to apply
* Production of 'what if' scenarios and plans to suit package manager requirements
* Production of risk analysis data if required by the project
* Ensure the requisite quality of data is maintained ;
* Establish the project planning control system and progress methodology, closely liaise with package managers to ensure the effectiveness of planning management tools and process, in coordination with contractor's activities
* Initiate and maintain close liaison with all members of the project team and management
