    1) Develop and manage the strategic and operational activities of service account activities business;

    2) Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities.

    3) Maintain the revenue and gross profit of each account and ensure they remain profitable in line with annual targets, exhaust all additional revenue streams opportunities.

    4) Provide unique environmental reporting with the assistant of fleet service advisors (direct branchs' subordinate) .

    5) Manage the implementation of any news BP services with the assistance of BP fleet account coordinator (direct head office subordinate).

    6) Working with the Operation manager and Operations Team to ensure that service requirements are understood and implemented in line with client expectations.
  • Toyota Du Maroc - Business Development Coordinator (After-sales)

    VAUCRESSON 2008 - 2011 1) Develop new businesses in order to reduce dependency versus new vehicles sales activity;

    2) Manage the operational and strategic activities of all branches (8 Branches);

    3) Plan and implement procedures to improve quality and efficiency of operations basing on TSM "Toyota Customer Service Marketing" certification program :

    TSM certification is a mix of international certification systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14 001, ISO HS) developed by TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation) for automotive after service and can be adaptable for all kind of service companies.

    4) Supervise staff (60 technicians, 8 Chief Technicians and 8 Service advisors) in accordance with company policy and procedures;

    5) Responsible for customer satisfaction, process efficiency, turnover, profitability;

    6) Responsible for training, coaching and productivity of staff;
