Orange Tunisia: Qualification team: September 2011~ January 2012
•Integration of the Qualification team of the operator Orange Tunisia :
- Reading specifications, writing test books, validation of the processes taking orders on CRM, CX and Pos, validation of the provisioning, validating the Rating and Billing on the mobile market.
- Technical support of the business tests.
- Working on the validation of bugs and production incidents fixes.
Morocco Telecom: Migration from BSCS V7 to BSCS IX R2: April 2010~ August 2011
•Integration Tester of Non-Kernel Batch :
- Preparation of test scenarios, running batch and report the errors to developers.
- Preparing batch sheets to describer and to explain for operator users how to integrate the batch
•Non-Kernel BSCS Developer: Pro C, SQL, PLSQL, shell.
- Part of a developer’s team to migrate Non-Kernel applications and batch used by Morocco Telecom.
•Functional analysis of Non-kernel batch and propose kernel implementation when possible.
- Adaptation and performance improvement of existing Non-Kernel batch in different domain (Dunning, Billing, Payment, Promotion, Portability, Interface …)
•Adaptation of reporting scripts.
•Analysis, design and development of new Non-kernel solutions:
- Development of new packages, functions and procedures.
