    • Support the sales force in fact our distributor by the technical training, information of production, the position of competition, the market trend Plan and initiate the trials produced to support the local sales and the breeding activities
    • Development of the new product in Moroccan & Senegal market
    •Define, develop and apply the annual plan of communication and promotion in accordance with the sales targets
    • Provide systematically the data of the market trend to the persons in charge of the activities and the product profils to Breeders
    • Person in charge of the forecasts for the variety in phase of screening and introduction
    • Establish a Marketing plan to set up the strategy of the activities

    Key Achievements:
    • Introduce new varieties: Naxos and Mermoz which now represents 35% of sales overall.
    • Contribute to making the Syngenta brand more known in the cucurbits segments and implement a communication and promotions plan ; more adapted to the needs of different customer segments.

    Casablanca 2003 - 2005 Agrimatco is one of the largest distributors based in Jordan and operates in over 44 countries in Africa, Eastern Europe and Middle East.
    Is among the monsanto distributor in Morocco
    He has over 30 people in its workforce and considered as the most professional in the seeds activity.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Responsible of AGRIMATCO station
    • Responsible of commercial activity in the Taroudant and Ouled Teima areas
    • The establishment and followed the trials
