My main activities are:
• Manage sales activities of establishment
• Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and additionally goals & advises dealers, distributors and additionally clients concerning sales advertising techniques
• Assign sales territory to sales personnel
• Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy to assist dealers in promoting sales
• Review market analyses to define customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and also discount rates, and also develop sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company
• Direct product simplification standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product
• Coordinate liaison between sales department other sales-related units
• Analyze controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements
