Tasks and Responsibility;
- Anaesthetist intensive care team.
- Emergency team( Advanced Cardiac Life Support).
- Occupational Medicine, Medical visit ;( Visio test, Spirometry test, Audiometry test, EKG blood sampling,…).
- Pharmacy control (management and stock).
- Medical Evacuation Medevac (Ambulance / plane).
- Participate in HSE Weekly Safety Meeting.
- Conduct health and hygiene inspections and audits of camp, BdV and offices
- Participate as part of the emergency response teams.
Special Objectives
• Provide induction training of new people if a SH doctor is not present on site.
• Conduct health assessments using the Fitech wellness or similar systems.
• Develop and deliver health and medical campaigns.
• Assist implementation of the ISG a Health Plan and Health Risk Assessment are in place and reviewed annually at a minimum
• Retain a copy of COSHH assessments or MSDS sheets for first aid response to possible exposure incidents
• Assist in the development and survey of occupational health monitoring
• Conduct treated water sampling and send it to HMD Medic
• Provide medical information on health education and ill health prevention
• Review health status of personnel who have declared medications and medical conditions under medical permission
• Ensure correct maintenance of medical equipment and check function regularly
• Manage confidential medical filing system
• Complete a daily log to the prescribed standard of all medical consultations.
• Support and fully integrate with HSSE teams locally
• Input into health planning
• Monitor camp facilities, food quality and food handling practices
• Report health statistics monthly to the OH Director in accordance with the established recording system with a copy to OH and GP Doctor
