Audit of the assembly line, the analysis of the results and the proposal of the axes of improvement. Sensitization of the employees on the respect for the rules of GPH and for work behavior, to train them and to inform about the standards and their evolutions. Establishment of the check list of requirements regarding hygiene. Control of raw materials during the reception and the manufacturing as well as the finished products (Acceptance of wheat / rate of the impurities, specific Weight, Rate of humidity, Rate of ashes, Rate of proteins, Time of fall, Trial draft, Alveograph, Rate of gluten, Test of sedimentation, Hardness, Starch Damaged, test of bread-making). Validation of the bulletins of analyses sent to the customers. Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipments. ;
