- To proactively support sales and marketing objectives and contributing to the growth and profitability of Roche Morocco.
- To extend trade credit to the degree required to align sales and profits with acceptable risks.
- To effectively manage the volume and the outstanding period of A/R as well as monitor the quality of the A/R portfolio, in order to optimize the divisional revenue stream and asset utilization.
- To protect the investment in A/R through best in class credit management processes and tools (e.g. insurance, bank guarantee etc.).
- To reduce financing cost of A/R.
- To minimize any financial risks of sales.
- To measure compliance and performance towards divisional goals with regard to A/R.
- To enhance cash flow and operating results in order to maximize overall financial returns.
