I graduated from the University of Sètif, Algeria in 1998 with a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering with honours, specialised in power networks and electrical supply. The degree was intensive combining solid theoretical ground with practical training. For a period of 2001, I have had the chance to teach basic electrical engineering in a local high school (a technicum), where I developed some key communication skills, notably explaining complex concepts to basic-level students. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2005, I worked as an electrical engineer in la Société des Ciments de Ain El-Kebira (SCAEK, ERCE Group), where I obtained valuable experience with various areas from electrical installations to large machines, as detailed in my CV. In addition, I have explored other areas of engineering, notably oil drilling. In 2007, I obtained a diplomat from the Algerian Petroleum Institute (AIP), Boumerdes, Algeria.
