The activities of the Group are diverse, from construction to catering services via multitechnical maintenance, reception, cleaning... SODEXO is a key actor worldwide in the sector of employees motivation services (gift & meals vouchers, concierge services at work...). The Group is as well represented in the Sports & Leisures activities by operating boats on the Seine river, the Lido or by providing catering services at races, such as Tour de France or Paris-Dakar.
My task in this Group is to:
- negotiate Group and French insurance policies in direct relations with the insurance brokers and insurers,
- communicate and apply the Group Risk and Insurance policy,
- implement Global insurance programs,
- handle major claims which occurred in the subsidiaries of the Group,
- perform Risks and Insurances reviews of the Group subsidiairies.

My task was to :
- implement international insurance programs,
- implement local Property Damage and Liability insurances,
- provide consulting services by analysing the needs of the clients according to their activities, their projects and their strategy,
- be the interface between the local client, the AON France departments (auto, transport, employee benefits insurances...) to implement local policies,
- be the inferface between the local client, the AON France departments, the AON international network and the insurers.
