  * Preparation of Annual Budget and latest forecast of the hotel ;
  * Maintaining efficient administration within the property and assisting
  Hotel Manager in maximizing profits.
  * Ensuring that all reports as requested by relevant parties such as head
  office, are prepared and submitted by the deadline.
  * Monitoring and controlling departmental expenditures and providing
  monthly meeting on the result of operation
  * Maintaining efficient administration within the department. ;
  * Directing, supervising and coordinating all subordinates to ensure that all
  day-to-day transactions are completed properly.
  * Preparation of Monthly Cash flow report and forecast cash flow. ;
  * Ensuring that daily reports from Night Audit, Income Audit, General
  Cashier, and Cost Control are prepared on a daily basis for management
  review.
  
  * Reconciling/reviewing Balance Sheet accounts monthly. ;
  * Coaching, counselling, and developing subordinates. ;
  * Cost controller ;
  * Submission financial tax report as per Moroccan policy ;
  * Maintaining Fixed Assets Register and conducting Property Tagging ;
  * Inventory analysis

  later. Two year after the promotion, he was promoted as a Chief Accountant.
