I have joined EMS in November 2011, handling the marketing & communication department for a 250-employee company and reporting to the marketing Vice-President. EMS is a Strategic Channel Partner of Research In Motion. We provide BlackBerry Services to 90+ Telecom Operators in 60 countries across Europe, Africa & the Middle-East.

- > BlackBerry:

+ Managing Marketing campaigns for Telecom Operators from 60 markets across Europe, Middle-East & Africa: Market studies, ATL, BTL, Thematic and Product specific material.

- > Launch of a new Online Top-Up Product:

+ Managing the marketing of a new ethnic online Top-Up product which means:
- Creating the Marketing Roadmap from scratch
- Managing the online campaign by defining key markets and the strategy to reach key audience (banners deployment in selected websites, email & sms marketing, social media, etc)
- Preparing & presenting weekly reports to top management

- > Launch of a new Android Smartphone:

+ Phone branding:
- Coordinating and finalizing hardware & software branding (device, accessories, box, ringtone, sonic, etc); Creating the overall brand guidelines & insuring that the manufacturer compiles with it.

+ Launch Campaign:
- Working closely with the advertising agency to create the launch campaign
- Short-listing and finalizing the campaign concepts
- Dealing with several agencies for different projects from different markets on a daily basis
- Organizing photo shoot, recording TVCs & Radio spots for key countries
- Working closely with sales & account managers to finalize tools & quantities required per market
- Briefing local agencies, short-listing the ATL& BTL activities according to the budget/market
- Coordinating between production, logistics and sales teams in each market at every stage
