• Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
• Oversee company legal matters primarily related to contracts and litigation (excluding labor) and ensure commercial governance including internal Group rules and regulations
• Represent the Group compliance organization locally mainly in promoting, reporting and implementing compliance related matters in the company
• Improve the information system set-up especially the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
• Develop purchasing department towards efficient supply chain operations
• Oversee marketing and communication activities
