After experience in audit firms in France and Senegal , I joined DHL Guinea in May 1998 as Finance Manager with 13 employees at the time. In 2011, the number of employees was 38, which attests to the significant increase of the entity to which I have participated strongly in overseeing the very large projects such as the Gateway important investment currently worth around one million euros.
I should also note that during my stay in Guinea DHL, all audits and external accounts auditors were certified . On this I add my desire to build a team spirit motivating employees, because I know that without a motivated team's achievement of the objectives becomes difficult.
I will conclude by saying that I have added to my experience a rapid 3-month program in Mali in 2010 and I reorganized the internal control recruitement and participate in the training of the current Finance Manager.
Since December 2011 , I’m the Finance Manager DHL Zimbabwe . I have reorganized the Finance department with the recruitment of 2 Chief Accountants (Zimbabwe is a very big country 90 employees): one for the Gateway and relocation of other one from Dhl Bahrain.
I dare to hope that my candidacy for Management in Finance and Admin will be regarded with interest and my experience could be used for this new roe .
