Former UN Police Member involved in UNAMET-UNTAET & UNMIT Missions in Timor Leste as Criminal Investigator, after East Timor Events, Trainer at the UN Darwin International Induction Training Center, Chief of UN National Community Policing & Humanitarian Unit in Dili.
According to this experience, I wrote 2 books. The first one in french, as eye witness, describing East Timor September 1999 events, the people & the incredible nature of this beautiful Island. The second is a handbook, in English about "The Community Policing Systeme as practiced by UN Police in conflict area: the Timor Leste".
