I. - In 2011, creation & mentoring of ABISSA ALLIANCES ACADEMY for Inspiring Leadership, Operational Learning@Knowledge Sharing,
Corporate Partnerships & IT Projects Management.
Abissa 's founder & CEO, Mr. René Fell enabled me to create the Abissa Alliances Academy (aaa). The goal is fourfold :

A.- INSPIRING LEADERSHIP : Abissa takes its social responsability. Indeed, our motto underlines : "Abissa sets the human being at the center of projects". Hence, we created a new collective platform and think tank by building bridges between youth and leaders in CH.
B.- LEARNING DEVELOPMENT : We encourage students to "learn on the field" focused on professional experiences, know-how and social skills transfer sharings between several spheres.
C.- CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS : We build skills, expertise and services mutualization as well as synergies between individuals and companies. In an iterative human path, enriched value is brought to renew synergies.
D.- IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT : We architecture IT projects in Consulting, Engineering, Infrastructure and IT event Management.

II. - My GOAL is to inspire and help growing individuals, groups, projects and partnerships while federating synergies, talents & gifts in transversal ever-iterative, creative & innovative ways.

III.- As PARTNERSHIPS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, I aiming at growing IT Corporate Partnerships as well as IT business projects for our 3 skills pillars : OPI - SEI - IT Management Consulting.
