Acheteuse leader au sein de McLaren Automotive (UK), depuis maintenant 3 ans, je suis en recherche active de poste dans ma ville natale, Nice, ou ses alentours, car je compte m'y ré-installer dans les prochains mois.   • McLaren Automotive - Buyer, project lead

    Woking 2011 - maintenant - Body exterior project lead buyer for two programmes, the P1 (in production) and a future project (responsible for a turnover of £6,5 millions). Components involved: carbon, lighting, glazing, wheel arch liners, grilles and brackets, bumper foams, plastic and badges. Coordinating a team of 6 buyers.
    - Full commercial responsibility for cross-functional components from prototype to production phase, across 6 projects: fixings and fasteners, foams and HVAC compressor system.
    - Planning, negotiating and managing multi-year/multi-platform supplier contract agreements.
    - In charge of the supplier nomination process.
    - Presentation of commercial and supply chain data to Management and Senior Executives. Gateways preparation and presentation.
    - Creating and implementing internal process models: fixings and fasteners obsolete stock management, compensation claim.
    - Developing and implementing cost down strategies using business intelligence practices to assess and manage risks, conduct market analysis and benchmarking.
    - Responsible for a turnover of £5,5 millions on other programmes.

    Achieved – 2014
    - Resourcing activity and 25% cost reduction target conducted over 6 programs and 500 parts. In charge of the suppliers’ selection, benchmark, audit and nomination. Leading the commercial, quality and logistic side of the activity.
    → 30% cost reduction achieved = 1,5 million cost down
    - Supplier relationship management of a strategic supplier. McLaren team especially created, only point of contact for this supplier, centralised information using a share-point, virtual engineer in place 24/7, internal process models approved and now in place.
    Main achievements 2013
    - 2% piece part cost down across 300 parts (brackets supplier).
    - £24,000 saving in term of investments – Chassis and body structure function group.

    2011 - 2011 - Reporting.
    - Document review as part of the disclosure exercise of a large litigation.
    - Translating documents from French into English.
  • Aerospace cluster Astech - JR. BI CONSULTANT

    2010 - 2010 - Carrying out researches, weekly reviews, presenting reports to managers, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
    Final report including the below elements:
    - Improving and coordinating business intelligence processes and procedures. Translating data into information in order to make strategic business decisions in line with the corporate objectives.
    - Benchmarking, market analysis, managing and securing databases, summarising business intelligence national and international best practices.
  • Institute of Higher National Defence Studies IHEDN - JR. PROJECT LEAD

    2009 - 2010 - Working subject - Abu Dhabi: modernism, Islamism, energies, international weapon agreements, armed forces, civil nuclear and sustainable development.
    - Report drafted and written supporting a study trip in Abu Dhabi. Report officially sent to military politicians, including Henry Deniaud, French ambassador.
    - Managing a team of 6 people in daily work tasks and weekly meetings with senior management.
