    * Effectively led the team of continuous process improvement and reduced the power consumption by 30% from the initial design by analysing the process and eliminating many pumping stations. ;
    * Successfully redesigned existing equipment (Dryer) and executed job in-house. ;
    * Reduced the process breakdown to less than 1% of the running time by forming a maintenance team and system. ;
    * Enabled the company to receive an ISO Accreditation, Dubai Quality award. ;
    * Increased the factory capacity from 2400 MT/day to 6500 MT/day - all in-house engineering and execution - by redesigning equipment, removing bottle necks and making the correct decision. ;
