I am writing to express my interest in a new position within a new company as I believe my 19 years experience paired with my creativity and my know-how of company policies and ways of working; supplemented by my openness to new experiences and my motivation will help me be successful in any role.

Through my time at Firmenich, I have had the opportunity to work in a vast range of departments at various level of responsibility. My last position as PA for our CEO enriched me with another strong and motivated experience.
My first position as Assistant External Relations & Client Coordinator allowed me to coordinate visits of Firmenich clients and collaborators to our headquarters. I was also responsible for putting together presentations to visitors in various languages and assisted in organizing business development seminars and PR events.
For the past 8 years, I have been the executive assistant of our European Perfumery sales Vice President and in that time have learned to coordinate his schedule and do a follow up on key projects. Also my experience to manage a group of colleagues in day to day duties, gave a very strong team force to our manager.

My experience has provided me with a sense for attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills. My work with others to satisfy client requirements has instilled in me a deep sense of the importance of client service and I am eager to take on a new challenge.
