My interest for communication led me to the completion of a Master degree in Communication from ISCOM Paris. Later, I pursued a program at the CNAM-CNE in Entrepreneurship for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). For the last 10 years, I have been involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy development. I worked with IMS- Entreprendre pour la Cité in France where I was in charge of communication, more specifically focused on social entrepreneurship and integration into the workplace. Then I became Head of Communications for Envie Federation, a French national network of non-profit organisations that help people who have experienced long-term unemployment to retrain in electrical and electronic equipment recycling. At the same time, I ran consulting activities in the area of communication (creating visual identity, brochure,…) and CSR, leading to the implementation of CSR strategies in SMEs.
Since January 2012, I have become head of IMS Luxembourg. A key project includes the launching of the Diversity Charter Luxembourg in 2012.
