    Москва 2009 - 2011 - Developed the concept and digital communication strategy for the largest Russian healthy lifestyle website, major digital effort of the Ministry of Health for 2009-2012. The project reached over 9 million people with more than 230 000 active registered users on the website, the average annual budget - $1 mln.- Supervised development of digital communication strategies, KPI and post-click performance analysis for major agency clients from pharmaceutical, online retail, FMCG, retail banking, hospitality industries, and series of e-commerce clients.- Managed the development and promotion of the websites for the key international FMCG brand with a team of 10 subordinates (designers, programmers, editors etc.) with an overall budget over $500K. - Restructured Internet presence of a cable TV channel, which allowed to optimize the future development costs and focus on the most profitable sections of the website. - Developed formalized internal client communication procedures for the account team of the agency and coached team members to improve client service levels. - Managed and co-lead a team of 12 account managers to perform effective implementation of digital communications campaigns with up to 100 clients.

    Saint Denis 2006 - 2007 - Managed the development of CRM and digital promotion campaigns for a major FMCG brand, including supervision of 5 vendors involved in the project. - Performed regular analysis of the promotion effectiveness and meeting targets, developed recommendations for the future promotion efforts in order to increase sales and change the customers perception of the brand. As a result, the number of promo participants increased by 15% as compared to previous year.- Facilitated collaboration between the creative, CRM and digital team during re-branding activities for the client.
  • Transatlantic Partners Against AIDS - Program Associate

    2005 - 2006 -tHandled logistics, media relations and vendor management of the key media events aimed at raising awareness about HIV/AIDS in Russia, such as collaboration with Russian Fashion Week, MTV Russian Music Awards, Russian Media Summit etc. - Developed and launched a project Russian Designers Against AIDS in collaboration with Russian Fashion Week with a media reach of several hundred celebrities and opinion leaders.- Supervised the development of the campaign website and marketing research project. -tPromoted from a program assistant to associate in 3 months.
