Graduated from Edhec Business School, I have a 15 years experience of Sales & Marketing experience in the media industry, where I have held varied positions ranging from Key Account Manager, Sales Director, Deputy Marketing Director, for French major organizations such as France Télécom, Canal+, TDF. I had major achievements in key accounts management, business development, product management, design and launch of new products and services, as well as people and projects management. Through my various experiences, I have always appreciated and I have always been appreciated for my natural gift for human relationship, and I seamlessly moved to coaching and training in 2008.
Trained and certified to CTI Co-Active Coaching (CPPC) and to CRR Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC), I am PCC, Professional Certified Coach by ICF (International Coach Federation). I am also a MBTI practitioner and I am trained to codevelopment.
In France and UK, I am providing individual coaching, team coaching and training, depending on the individuals’ and companies’ requirements as well as the needs detected by a preliminary assessment. I am working in English and in French. I have co-founded FORSC in France, CRR Global exclusive distributor of ORSC, and now FORSC Limited in UK.
