    2006 - 2012 • Carried out the technical procurement for the construction materials as per the ongoing jobsites’ demands, including the market survey, technical and commercial comparisons, and finalizing the pricing sheets after the prices’ negotiations meetings.

    • Reviewing of Tender Documents and issuance of “Offers Consultations” –RFQ’s -, upon market survey and agreed Vendor Lists for both Onshore and Offshore materials – as per the projects’ specifications.
    • Coming out with the final chosen Quotations upon technical and commercial negotiations for all estimation of Prices for finishing items in the projects under tendering.
    • Preparation of complete Technical and Commercial Offers for submission to clients.
    • Follow up with the different media sources for new jobs and approaches with the different clients as per the arrangement with the business development management.
    • Attended many International Expositions in Algiers as Company Representative related to Oil and Gas, Water Treatment, and Public Works Business.
