    Paris 2013 - 2013 Responsible for fulfilling inquiring, purchasing and expediting operational activities within end-to-end projects (BASF´s New Catalyst Plant in Ludwigshafen; Takreer´s Coke Calcination Unit in Abu Dhabi) :
    • Prepare the bidders lists and launch the inquiries on the epc-business platform (Technip’s global online procurement tool)
    • Work in close collaboration with Technip´s engineers to analyze and evaluate the bidders´ quotations
    • Organize and take part in meetings involving suppliers and engineers to develop the best technical solutions for our client
    • Negotiate the commercial conditions with the suppliers and prepare the contracts in collaboration with our legal department
    • Issue the commercial bid tabulations and recommendations to award; place the orders
    • Expedite the orders; follow up the project milestones with various reporting tools until delivery; manage the change orders
  • Danone - Assistant Global Sourcing Director Marketing & Sales

    Paris 2010 - 2011 Supported the elaboration of “toolkits” on key Marketing & Sales spend categories (e.g. design packaging; TV production costs) :
    • Identified best practices to catch cost-savings opportunities and optimize the sourcing of Danone´s marketing products
    • Proceeded with Danone Sourcing Rocket: (1) diagnosis, (2) analysis of needs, market & costs, (3) strategy (4) evaluation

    Supported the implementation of Danone´s global sourcing strategy for Promotional Objects (POs) over all Danone´s business divisions: Dairy, Waters, Baby & Nutrition (budget spend: 20M €) :
    • Managed a consolidated portfolio of two recommended global suppliers to secure the sourcing of Danone´s POs: optimized traceability, full compliance with Danone’ s first-in-class standards in terms of quality, safety and sustainability
    • Influenced and supported local buyers to properly implement the central team’s new guidelines
    • Developed tools to optimize our two partners´ cost competitiveness, time-to-market and ability to transform ideas into innovation (e.g. cost models, e-catalog of POs for re-use of molds, open briefs to fuel the pipeline of marketing ideas)
    • Worked on several cross-functional projects involving suppliers, local buyers and Danone´s quality and marketing teams

    Worked on the definition of new KPIs to better evaluate the performance of Danone´s local buyers Marketing & Sales

    Worked on the creation of the internal e-platform GPS to foster information sharing within the network of local buyers
