When we were the child, very often, the parents ask "What would you like to be (they mean the career!) when you graduated, my dear?" and I supposed the childs would answer with thier innocent mind "I wanted to be...the doctor, the pilot, the Banker, the teacher, the Miss beauty!, the Star, the taxi driver, or the salesperson" etc!

Beside those answers, there are the backup idea!, the source!

The children grow up under the environment and be raised up by the parents, family...we says " the fruit would never fell far away from thier tree"

What is the Salesperson really mean for me? my parents were the village people, no degree education but I consider that they are such good salesperson, by nature, in blood but they are not rich? what they need to live thier life is so simple...need healthy food to feed the body, need home to live & hide from the danger, need pure air to breath, need cleaned water to drink, need the medicin to treat when sick, need clothed to cover the body & need love to share between! Whatelse?
why I consider that they are a good salesperson? becourse .....

@ what They sell is what the people demands for, they sell what they love to do & be the specialist for & willing to keep the high standard quality to customer.
@ They put the good selling price, competitive price, they are not greedy even they know that they can have a better price but they belive in "Enough" and in the long term business
@ They are the good promoteur, from time to time, they organise the special offer to their customer, to privilege and thank you them so they offer the special price with the reasonable terms and conditions...everyone gain & happy.
@ The business grow up well, they think to help their staffs to motivate in work, to grow up in thier career, again thier concept of living is to Share and Give, consider the staff as thier legs and hands...this system will only worked out when the company have a high spirit, management lever! and no doubt, the company keep & privilege the good staff with them.

What The business man think about are ......? Productivity! income?!, marketing! Staff! Management System! the market Competition! the future growing!

We are such a intelligent people....but we forget many detail


My parent says " Rich or Poor, we all are borned without nothing and at the end , we all will go to the same thing, same place ....under the ground, or in the air, no one carry money or house or land or car with them, nothing at all! So we shall live with the present, live happily by love and care ! and that we learn each day to be a real and spirit of being human coz human are different from animal, we are not only live to survive but we live with our high spiritual level&emotions"

SO learn to live, to work happily, naturally in our Social or company seem to be the most difficult activity to be reached.

Being Kind and Helpful beside the professional skills, That s the Salesperson!
