Within the Smart Home business unit of Delta Dore, I am in charge of managing the Europe, Middle-East & Africa (EMEA) area.
My missions are to manage the EMEA team, develop the current business, identify new markets and channels and lead the reinforcement of the group's international presence through long-term partnerships.

I have a both personal and professional strong bond with Northern Europe, especially Norway.

Driven by achieving a significant performance, maintaining an excellent team and client interaction and bringing an added-value to my employer, I like to use my management and technical skills, open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and my sense of priorities in intense and busy periods to exceed.

Overall, my aim is to empower others.

I am graduated from ESTP, a “Grande Ecole” French leading institution for engineering and management in Construction and Industry fields.
This degree is accredited by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), the ICE (Institution of Civil Engineer-ICE Student Member), the EUR-ACE and the Cti (Commision des Titres d'Ingénieurs).

    BONNEMAIN 2019 - maintenant I relocated in Oslo to carry further the development of Smart Home, OEM and Energy Transition fields in the Nordics.

    In charge of the full management of the international B2B partners as well as the business in the Nordics, Easter Europe, Middle East & Africa, I also manage the BeNeLux Regional Manager based in Belgium.

    I am responsible for setting up the sales strategy and for budgeting/forecasting the business in the area, in line with the strategy and expectations set by the organisation.

    Cergy 2012 - 2012 I worked for five weeks as a technician in the aeronautic department of SPIE, on a compliance of machine-tool project on the Airbus construction site. I had to deal with the upgrade of a part of mechanical pieces and electrical components of cutting-edge machines. For that purpose, my work had to be in coordination with my partners and in keeping with demands in quality and set deadline.
