    •Responsible for Water & Wastewater supply of 110,000 inhabitants in Northern Alsace. Managing of 18 leasing contracts and 20 service contracts.
    •Developing business as well as public relations with elected officials and industrials.

  • Lyonnaise des Eaux France - Asset manager

    Coubervoie 2002 - 2005 Responsible for technical back-office and investment program in the Northern Île-de-France & Picardie region
    (126,000 customers, 60 M€ sales budget, 75 treatment plants and 3,900 km of pipe).
    •Designed and managed an annual investment program of 6 M€.
    •Managed the GIS technical team (2 technicians). Member of the national GIS project team.
    •Managed the procurement and warehouse teams (2 foremen, 10 employees).
    •Technical Manager for drinking water quality, distribution, metering and lead pipe renewal.

  • Degrémont China - Project manager

    2000 - 2002 Based in Guangzhou, coordinator for the group’s contracts financed through Sino-foreign protocols, involving 8 profit centres (head-office in France, 7 European and 1 American subsidiaries). Follow-up of 30 contracts, 167 M€ sales budget. Leading a team of 2 engineers and 1 secretary.
    •Designed and implemented relevant procedures, in accordance with local conditions.
    •Negotiated with end-user clients: project schedules, claims and acceptance certificates.
    •Organized and coordinated the expatriate teams on the construction sites (6 to 9 sites simultaneously).

  • Degrémont France - Export engineer

    Paris La Défense 1998 - 2000 Responsible for sales and project: bidding to international tenders, preparation of technical, administrative and financial parts of offers. Partnership deals and subcontracting agreements.
    •Won 3 contracts (2.1 M€), prepared 6 offers (3.4 M€).
    Responsible for contract implementation: engineering, procurement, local subcontracting for civil and equipment erection works, start-up and commissioning, administrative, financial and legal follow-up.
    •Implemented 7 construction contracts (8 M€) and 1 operation contract (2 years, 688 k€).

  • Degrémont Mauritius - Resident engineer

    1996 - 1998 Responsible for the refurbishment of Piton du Milieu water treatment plant (37,000 m3/day, 4 M€).
    •Managed the site: civil engineering and equipment erection works. Leading 2 subcontractors. Up to 100 workers.
    •In charge of the local contract management: public relations, billing, accounting.
