Working in the conformity laboratory of an industrials and commercials luminaires manufacturer
Ensure the products conformity to the luminaires’ standards (EN 60598-1)
Carry out several conformity tests on luminaires and components: endurance tests, thermal tests, shock tests, electrical measurements, resistance to heat (glow wire test), IP tests…
To perform Functional testing and fault finding on electrical and mechanical assemblies for Luminaires applications
Contribute to the creation of new products: competition analysis, study of regulation for new types of luminaires, reporting to project leaders on possible technical improvements or cost reductions, prototype tests.
Development of new product ranges: outdoor lighting range (ground recessed luminaires, bollard, fountain lighting…), floodlights (SYLVEO range)
Management of ENEC certification : product testing, report writing, meetings with LCIE (French control organisation), follow-up of SMT audit (Supervised Manufacturer's Testing)
Technical support for marketing and after sales department with the analysis of product quality complaints: in the lab with testing of returned fixtures or in the installation area.
Internal auditor: carry out internal audit according to ISO 9001
