    2016 - 2019 The missions I was assigned made me work as Project Manager, Site Manager, Commissioning Engineer and Maintenance Engineer.

    ADDIS ABABA - ETHIOPIA - Legedadi Water Treatment Plant (10M€ + 33METB) - 200,000m3/day or 50% of Addis Ababa potable water production
    - 20 rapid sand filters (63m2 each)
    - 4 Pulsatube clarifiers
    - Gas chlorination and electrochlorination dosing systems

    => Contract, claims and payment negotiations (as Project Manager)
    => Consortium leadership: CGCOC & Feljas and Masson (as Project Manager)
    => Commissioning of new extension (42,000m3/day additional) (as Project Manager)
    => Commissioning of an electro-chlorination system (as Project Manager)
    => Rehabilitation of the 170,000m3/day existing plant (as Site manager)
    => Defects liability monitoring (as Project Manager / Maintenance Engineer)

    ADDIS ABABA - ETHIOPIA - Akaki Deep Well project (7.9MUSD + 4.7METB)
    - 22 boreholes ranging from 80m3/hr to 250m3/hr for a total of 70,000m3/day and an installation depth ranging from 50m to 200m
    - 2 booster pumping stations / 16 x 350kW surface pumps and a gas chlorination dosing system

    => Successful negotiation with Client and Consultant to obtain the Defects Liability final report (as Project Manager)
    => Claims preparation and negotiation (as Project Manager)

  • John Deere - Production Control Specialist_SAP expert in Material Handling Modules

    Moline 2014 - 2015 I participated in the transition to the SAP ERP software.

    • Leading Role in optimizing the Material Handling, Logistics and Warehouse Management modules / strategies of SAP for John Deere ( 1 year work and more than 10,000 part numbers analyzed)
    • In charge of implementing these SAP modules in 2 facilities.
    • Instructor for SAP at every organizational levels for the pre-launching stages
    • Successful launching in both plants, active coaching role during the ramp up process for production (100% of production capacity reached in a week)
    • Intense collaboration with global John Deere SAP experts (Brazil, USA, Germany, France)

    I was in charge of the introduction of new products

    • Focusing on the optimum strategies of internal logistics for these new parts
    • Designing the production line from the point of view of material handling (4 new lines implemented)
    • Leader of negotiations with container suppliers ($50,000 USD investment for more than 7,000 plastic containers)

    Moline 2013 - 2013 • Part of a multidisciplinary team and leader of a logistics project. I was in charge of the design of the assembly / welding line material handling strategy for the biggest product of the plant, the planter 1745.
