Responsible of IT Service Management Standards & Quality , reporting to the Mainland Europe SCS (Supply Chain Solution) Head of Solution & Planning,
I am responsible to implement Service Management and First choices practices within SCS organisation and to develop a consistent framework aligned with our regional ISM and First Choice organisations in both Mainland Europe and UKMEEA.
Major areas of focus are :
- Strategic WMS (Warehouse System Management) Service Management process definition and implementation (RedPrairie, Prologs, Infolog)
- Service Support (consistent support models and lean processes) : incident management, problem management, change management, release management
- Service delivery : Capacity management , configuration Management
- Quality standards enhancements for existing Services Supports and implementation of - Finance management of the Strategic Hosting Supplier (periodical review of the incremental build and running costs)
- Operational excellence with solution proposed

Major areas of focus :
- Business development :
Lead Product management support for new business initiatives: with a strong relationships with all the key stakeholders: IT Services, Global Product Management community (ESI, SCS competences centers, vendors) this to ensure maximum leverage of costs and resources and/or solutions to support local requirements.
In conjunction with business partners prepare solution documentation for internal and external meetings as well sales collateral to ensure the right promotion of the solution

Fashion Customers Morgan, Place des Tendances, Ventes Privées & MisterGooddeal operational and functional processes review with the customers including strategy (re-design of EDI flows process to be aligned with the customer ERP, workshop for the Customer new ERP implementation, business process evolution)
Sites move in relation with ITS (DHL Infrastructure Provider) France for all the local infrastructure impact, coordination, planning and delivery of IT project within the agreed time, costs and quality requirements.
Datacenter Hosting move from Rotherham to DHL Prague for DHL Fashion WMOS application for the following customers: Morgan, MisterGoodDeal, Ventes Privées and Place des Tendances in relation with Technical Competence Centers and ITS Prague.
Review of all the IT services provided to Habitat customer (Desktop applications, Wintel local severs, devices peripherals, AS400 management, backup plan, DRP plan, Business Continuity Plan) & business process evolution.
- De-risking France Legacy application project, Governance & Quality Assurance :
Outsourcing of the France legacy WMS hosting on a centralized system (third part supplier) with a strong relationship with all the stakeholders: ITS France, local IT product team and France Business.
SLA definition and process support implementation between the third part suppliers and DHL Western Europe business requirements.
Definition and Implementation of the change management for the application and system evolutions.
Outsourcing the Product team members activity to a Third part Supplier to secure the application knowledge and to optimise costs related to the maintenance of the application.
- Operational Service Management :
Defined and implemented day to day operation and support process with a strong relationship with all the key stakeholders: BU, IT Services, Global Product Management community (EDI, SCS competences centers) and Vendors.

Technical Architect of the Data Exchanges, reporting to the IT Production Manager.
The 3 main activities of GEFCO, a PSA (Peugeot) subsidiary, are :
- PSA Cars transportation and distribution
- Transporting of goods and cars spare pieces
- Warehousing of Car pieces for PSA factories
Major areas to focus:
- IT data exchanges between the IS of GEFCO and the customers/partners trough the centralised EDI platform (EDI Tradexpress)
- IT data exchange inside the SI of GEFCO between all the applications, front and back office (IBM EAI MQSI Integration).
- Supplier management : costs and roadmap
Mission:
- To participate in all the IT projects involving data exchanges (internal or external)/
- To define the architecture of the flows, to plan the developments, to implement the developments and to maintain them.
- To build and guarantee the policies to rationalize and consolidate tha data exchanges of the IS.
- To roll out carrier station with the EDI integrated, to setup it, test it and provide software support to the end user.
- To provide to the users and project delivery manager a support regarding all the production flows (EDI and EAI).
