  • Groupe Sporever - Media365 - Managing Director

    2012 - 2014 1) General Management

    • Supervised all operations (120+ staff, €13M T/O in 2013)
    • 2012: Defined the group’s 5-year business strategy, new partnerships and T/O +10%.
    • 2013: Reorganised overall operations post ad market crisis (staff downsize and new B to B commercial policy). 25% costs reduction, profit kept stable vs 2012.

    2) Head of Media – Content, Distribution and Monetization (new media / broadcast)

    • Launched (09/2012) and headed sport365 TV channel (P&L, monetization, distribution, content production and editorial policy), reaching the break-even point and a 2.8M household monthly coverage after one year of operations (source: Mediametrie).
    • Headed the 365 websites and mobile apps (P&L, marketing, monetization and editorial policy). Main metrics: average 1.7M monthly unique users (source: MNR) in 2013.
  • Groupe Sporever - Jeux365 - Managing Director

    2010 - 2012 • Obtained a French license to operate an online sports betting website, launched (10/2010) and headed paris365.fr (100% subsidiary of Groupe Sporever).
    • Managed the activity termination after 18 months of operation.
  • Groupe Sporever - Media365 - Chief Operating Officer

    2007 - 2012 • Board member, COO in charge of all sport broadcast and new media content sales and production for external clients (Orange, Direct8, CFoot, PerformGroup, Onzeo, CNOSF…), accounting for 65% of the group’s turnover.
    • Developed the business line from a T/O of €3,5m in 2007 to over €10m en 2011.

    2007 - 2008 • Managed and supervised the Rugby World Cup 2007 worldwide official new media content production (audiovisual and editorial content for Internet and mobile handsets).

    2006 - 2007 • Defined the business plan, performed the fund raising process and created the start up company (a deluxe ethnic clothes brand co-founded with an Australian windsurfing World Champion).
