    Head of elementary parts industrialisation
    Industrialisation of the elementary parts of the A350XWB keel beam. Design of the parts in collaboration with the design office. Development of the manufacturing processes, design of the moulding and machining tools. Implementation of the workbenches and the facilities in a new building.

    From March 2006 to February 2007:
    Head of elementary parts industrialisation
    Industrialisation of the elementary parts of the reinforced A400M rudders panels and centre wing box panels. In charge of create a link between the design office and the manufacturing plant. Design of the new parts, modification of the moulding and machining tools, and technical development of the processes.

    From March 2005 to February 2006:
    Manufacturing engineering for composite parts
    Optimization of the A400M rudder panels manufacturing process. High surface, low thickness (from 1mm to 3mm) and auto stiffened panels with hollow co-cured omega stringers. Design of machining and handling tools, follow-up of the manufacturing process and technical development.

    From September 2003 to February 2005:
    Manufacturing engineering for composite parts
    Technical development and follow up of the full manufacturing process of the A380 Centre Wing Box auto stiffened panels, high surface panels (25 m2) with co-cured T stringers. Resolution of nonconformity.
