Generalist Engineer from ICAM, with a one-year specialization in Aerospace Project Management, at ISAE-Supaero.

My professional experience has been built especially through my apprenticeship in Tronico, a French company specialized in electronic card design and manufacturing (EMS - ODM). During three years, I had the opportunity to work both in the Design Office and in the Manufacturing (Quality & Processes) Dept. Being part of these two different environments was really enriching and informative.

This period has already allowed me to manage a transversal project aimed to get the NADCAP accreditation. So, it was focus on quality and manufacturing processes.

Today, I am looking for a position in the aerospace industry (in France or abroad). I am both interested by a challenge focused on innovation / design and manufacturing.

I have a preference for these functions : project management, quality, industrialization, manufacturing engineering and methods.

    Main missions :

    - Creation of project management tools (quote system for BID phase)

    - Creation of a training support for work package managers
    - Participation to the BID phase of several projects (writing of the technical and commercial proposals; creation of visual support for face-to-face presentation)

    2014 - 2014 In partnership with New Holland Agriculture, grape harvester manufacturer.

    R&D project: Preliminary study for the integration of specific electric drives on a grape harvester to replace the current hydraulic motors (group of 2 students).

    - Selection of the appropriate components for the next phase of the project

    Company specialized in electronics subcontracting and product development (EMS: Electronics Manufacturing Services – ODM: Original Design Manufacturer).


    • Overseeing of the NADCAP accreditation project (for more than one year)
    -> National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program

    - Goal: Increase the master of manufacturing process, products, workshop organisation, documentation and improve the workforce skills to get the NADCAP AC7120 accreditation.

    - Project management: monitoring of action plan (PDCA), planning, team management
    - Work on organizational and technical issues: traceability, handling, process (SPC) [MSP], quality audits

    - Results: Pre-audit performed in September 2014. Very positive feedback of the auditor (few non-conformities). Final audit scheduled for 2015.


    • Quality project in the Design Office

    -> Continuous improvement in design office projects:

    - creation of checklists for V-Cycle, FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis),
    - project monitoring, regulatory norms (REACH), CE (European Conformity) marking process
    - study for the integration of Ecodesign in the projects
    - analysis of transfers of projects between the Design Office and the Manufacturing Dept.

  • ICAM Vendée - Team member (educational project)

    2010 - 2011 Educational project for the BTS MAI:
    Retrofit of a machine that produces smart cards (Oberthur Technologies)
    Group of 13 students / budget of 10 k€.
    - Involved in the mechanical design and programming.
    - Responsible for writing the technical user files.
