Adapted timelines to unforeseen activities, including install-base and robustness investigations and advanced applications development.
  * Improved compliance with Software Development Life Cycle norm.
  * Led formal verification effort for team deliverables by conducting impact and regression analysis, which resulted in fewer unforeseen defects and shorter testing times.
  * Established a bottom-up strategy to increase test coverage at unit and functional level, while ensuring traceability between design input and output. ;

• GE Healthcare - Lead Software Engineer

  2004 - 2009 • Designed and developed innovative C++ applications and services for Linux to track surgical instruments superimposed on x-ray images.
  • Oversaw the software architecture for three different applications shared across three R&D poles – Lawrence, Bangalore and Buc (Paris) – and provided strategic and technical leadership to team members.
  • Designed a new viewer application for a surgical navigation software platform, which opened the platform to vascular applications. The design fully took advantage of a plug-in architecture and lead to the first clinical validation as part of an animal lab.
  • Implemented and optimized volume-rendering methods for the navigation platform.
  • Created requirements specification documents, software design description documents and software test protocol documents for GE surgical navigation system as part of GE effort to achieve complete compliance with US laws and regulations under an FDA consent decree.
