Nicolas is Engineer in Biology and Biochemistry from INSA (Institut National de Sciences Appliquées - 1989), Lyon.
He joined Merial in 1991 as Head of filling and freeze drying department, including formulation of live and inactivated vaccines (emulsion, alumine gel, stabilizer) before taking in charge antigens production in Lyon for the 3 technologies: Bioreactor, Monolayer and Ovoculture (80 different viruses for all animal species).
In 2005, he went in China as Director of Nanjing production site (avian inactivated vaccines), with introduction of the avian influenza production, Marek diluent filling and exportation of vaccines.
He came back in France in 2009 as Head of biological production (France) for viruses and bacteria. He is now in charge of different projects link to innovative solutions and products as effervescent vaccines tablets, packaging, site transfer activities and industrial capital investment.
He has been always working on innovation (do different) regarding process, equipment or organization.
With a performance-oriented management, based on the competence and motivation, innovation, anticipation and simplicity.
For customer satisfaction and improvement of economic performance.
Result is obtained through the implementation of our ideas.
