  2005 - 2013 I was Hired by the owner of a this small group of SMEs acting in very diversified sectors going from international transport to financial brokerage and agriculture, to conduct a change, that consists of:
  - Setting up harmonized procedures manual in respect of the specificities of every activity
  - Improve accountancy.
  - Setting up cost management, budgeting and monthly reporting systems (on going project).
  - Modernizing the information system for a more customer oriented management while respecting the requirements of internal and budget controls (realized: project study, SWOT analysis of different solutions; on going: implementation of chosen solution Sage 1000, participating to specific development component of the solution)
  - Improving human resources management: recruitment process, employees’ evaluation, training, setting up internal rules and regulations…
  - Setting up the fundamentals of a strong internal communication
  Meanwhile I am participating in the:
  - Decision making about new investments and portfolio management.
  - Management of new companies’ implementation and activities suspension and transfer.
  And as a joint manager of a newly created agriculture and food industry company, I:
  - conducted the economic and profitability new project's studies and elaborated the financial plan
  - conducted implementation procedures at Public Administration
  - actually negotiating with potential foreign partners

• BUTAGAZ Tunisia (Shell LPG) - Tereasury responsible

  2005 - 2005 Butagaz is the French leader of gas distribution.
  My mission was to:
  - Ensure respect of internal control and Group Treasury Policies and set up good practices
  - Manage cash flows (prevision, placement, follow up of partners’ payments, daily follow up of treasury situation)
  - Permanent contact with Banks and Central Bank of Tunisia (negotiation of bank conditions and exchange rates for foreign currency operations, reclamations)
  - Follow up clients’ unpaid checks
  - Manage bank guarantees and checks certification
  - Heed suppliers and shareholders payments with respect to CBT policies.
  - Participate to bank reconciliation.
  - Manage insurance contracts and follow insurance payments.

• Deloitte Emerging Markets Group- Washington DC - Consultant

  2004 - 2004 It was an internship in the frame of the MEPI BIP.
  EMG's mission is applying business expertise to promote social and economic development.
  
  I Conducted research and analyzed and interpreted findings for USAID-funded Youthnet Project, a Family Health International program that aims to improve reproductive health and to curb the spread of HIV/AIDS among people 10 to 24 years old.
  And I created a Project Management Manual that aims to create professional and strong practices in setting up EMG projects.

• Lear Automotive (EEDS) Tunisia S.A. (LEAR CORPORATION - Treasury responsible

  2001 - 2003 Lear EEDS Tunisia is a subsidiary of Lear Corporation, one of the world's largest suppliers of automotive interior systems and components.
  
  - I Produced treasury forecast, prepared suppliers’ payments and coordinated collections and petty cash management.
  - I Entered all the bank operations.
  - I Initiated electronic payments through CitiDirect and Citinetting.
  - I Adapted Headquarters’ treasury procedures according to the specificities of Tunisian law and practices.
  - I Conducted other bank operations, such as bank guarantees and litigations.
  - I Served on the piloting committee to improve internal communication.

• Union des Experts Comptables - External financial auditor

  1998 - 2001 Union des Experts Comptables is a firm of certified auditors.
  During that experience, I:
  - Conducted management financial audits.
  - Assessed internal processes and procedures.
  - Reviewed the internal accounting and financial management processes of the enterprise.
  - Edited financial audit reports.
  - Worked with big clients such as Poulina Group, Les Etablissements Louis Monteney, Hotel EL MANSOUR (IBEROTEL)
