My main tasks are:
Programs launch
Change management
Program planning set since acquisition phase until gate review 4
Coordinate with internal program team, division program team, customer, R&D department and suppliers.
Definition of tooling and machines needs, manpower needs.
Preparation of investment list and request of investment to division according to IBP
Run @rate in different phases of the program.
Set up of rump up and rump down and validation with the team.
Presentation of PPAP documentations and initial samples and validation with customer.
Suppliers PPAPs and initial samples validation.
Suppliers claims follow up and negociations.
suppliers 8D validation.
Audits for suppliers and process validations according to automotive standards.
Set up and updates of PFMEA
Set up of BOM and routings in the MRP system (SAP).
Conduct transfers from or to other Faurecian plants.
Manage suppliers changes and validations.
Costings preparation and validation with plant finance controller
Feasibility studies.
