2003 - maintenantAfter working for more than 10 years in various international development organizations I decided to start my own small company and registered and an independent consultant. My biggest and the longest client were the United Nations Development Programme, Swedish and Canadian International Development Agencies, Ukrainian Grant Makers Forum. I acted as a project manager, comsultant, trainer, events coordinator, editor and journalists for my partners and clients. Most of my workshops, seminars, conferences and publications were in the area of equality of women and men and philanthropy development.
I have been also managing the master classes and contracts of my husband Jean Louis Dugert, French chef cook.
